Customer satisfaction (standard return policy)

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned within 3 days of the invoice date. Will be applied Restocking/Pickup Fee from 25 QAR.
Mobile phones, smart phones standard return policy for warrantied models only
- Return for replacement within: 3 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
- Return for refund within: 3 days (must be unopened, brand new condition)
- Original Invoice: Needed
- Restocking Fee: Yes
- Warranty: As per mention on finefair.qa website
Note : Mobile Phones or Smart Phones if we are selling with warranty, we will indicate about warranty period in invoice. If in invoice we did not indicate warranty this means Mobile Phone or Smart Phone is without warranty!
This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Warrantied Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 3 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location will be free of charge within 3 days of the invoice date. But for exchanging & service product delivery charges will be applicable.

- Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones which are not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy
Tablets standard return policy

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Tablets. Items covered by this policy can be replaced or exchanged within 3 days of the invoice date.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty and replacement.
- Any physical damage
- Returned without original invoice
- Tablets that are missing with manufacturer label containing model number and part number
- Tablets that are missing with manufacturer warranty label
- Tablets with missing parts, box, headset or any other accessories from the original box
- Tablets which are not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy
- Tablets which are not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for NON-Warrantied Mobiles Phones, Smart Phones. Items covered by this policy cannot be returned.
Finefair Warranty Policy
Items shipped from finefair.qa, can be returned within 3* days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Once the item is received, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 2-5 business days for the replacement. The products sold in deals/promotions/super low prices can’t be refunded but replaced with the same in case of any physical damages or manufacturing defects.
*Electronic items such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, digital & DSLR cameras, smart tv etc can only be returned within 3 days (should be unopened/brand new condition/with original invoice). A restocking fee of 25 QR will be applicable for returns.
Cosmetics, perfumes and personal care electronic items such as trimmers, grooming sets etc will only be returned if there’s any manufacturing defects or physical damages. Claims to be made within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranty of products will be under the sole discretion of the manufacturer. In instances where a product is bought through a Seller, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply. In case of complaints, items covered by warranty will be picked up and sent to the respective service centres. This process may take 7-15 days and depending on the nature of the complaint, availability of the spare parts, there could be difference in the time period.
The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing a defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion). All electronic items can only be sent for warranty once unboxed.
Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn’t available, you’ll be refunded in full. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
