Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders are delivered on the same day, or maximum the next day.

All Orders are subject to a delivery charge of QAR 3 delivery fee regardless of the area of delivery.

Our cut off time is 09:00 PM , orders received after 09:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Delivery Time :
Sunday – Thursday, Saturday 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM
Friday 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM

*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.

*If any of the items that you have selected are not available / out of stock, these will be deducted from the final amount, or we will proceed with the refund for your order.

Returns

Finefair reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.

Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours.

The following conditions apply:

All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened we can not return the item.
If the goods are defective, please specify the defect. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or product itself.
Pre-orders are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance as the items are specifically pre-booked for the customer who placed the pre-order.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancelling an Order for Home Delivery and Pick Up from Store

You can cancel the order within 24 hours after the receipt of your orders.

Please notify us either by phone +97477798948 or email info@finefair.qa. Kindly mention your reason for cancellation, so that we can work on improving our service to do better next time.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
